Presentation Time and Location
The details of your presentation time and location can be found in your presentation confirmation email. Please arrive at the presentation room for the beginning of the presentation session. We ask that all presenters remain in their presentation room for the duration of their session.
Presentation Format and Materials

- In this email, please include: abstract reference number and abstract title
A reminder that the presentation formats are as follows:
Oral Presentation: 10 Minutes for presentation of a new medical education innovation or research project, with 5 minutes for questions, comments and feedback from the audience. Presenters can use Microsoft PowerPoint or other presentation aids. There is no slide limit, and no fixed format of the presentations.
Short Communication: 3 minutes for presentation of a new medical education innovation or research project, with 2 minutes for questions, comments and feedback from the audience. Presenters can use PowerPoint or other presentation aids. If using Microsoft PowerPoint, there is a strict limit of 3 slides. We recommend that your presentation is structured with the same headings as your submitted abstract.
File Naming: Please save your presentation using the file name format Primary presenter Name_ Title of Submission.
If using slides, please include the TICC logo in the top right corner of your title slide.
